Sales Support Specialist
Sales Support Specialist needs to be highly motivated. They will work full-time to assist our sales department and also our clients by phone and Internet. The following job requirements and job responsibilities are meant to be a general outline of duties. 

Job Requirements:
• Customer-focused attitude
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent Phone etiquette skills
• Professional, effective and persuasive presentation skills
• Computer Operation Skills, including email, browsers, etc.
• Data entry skills and keyboarding skills of 35+wpm
• Time management and organizational skills
• Self-disciplined, Friendly and Reliable

Also a plus:
• Call center experience, especially out-bound calling experience
• Prior customer service experience or training
• Background in insurance or sales
• College level experience

Responsibilities:
• Application Recovery: High volume of calls (100 + daily)
• Complete Client Data entry with attention to detail
• Work proactively with customers, conveying support in a friendly and courteous manner
• Support the Sales Department & act as a liaison with other department for problem resolution
• Provide backup to Sales Department
• Develop and enhance sales skills continually
• Master and utilize all Allied tools and systems

Customer Service Rep I
Duties: 
• Answer customer calls - password resets, billing questions, basic company services and prices. 
• Perform research and order requests for our customers 
• Review and QA customer reports for accuracy 
• Process billing 

Requirements: 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Strong verbal communication skills 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks 
• Comfortable with Windows/Computers/Internet. 
• Familiar with MS Office products. 
• Available weekends or extra hours if needed. 

Desired but not required: 
2+ years customer service a plus. 
Basic Quickbooks familiarity. 

Programmer Analyst III

Assignment
Work with business analyst and customers gathering requirements, prototyping screens, developing application code, productionizing web applications, and providing on-going support of applications.

Primary Responsibilities
1) Design new web based applications or enhancements to current applications.
2) On-going support requests for existing web applications.

General Qualifications
Degree Preference: Bachelor of Science in MIS, Computer Science or related field.
Certification Requirement: Microsoft Certified Professional certification
preferred.

Required General Skills
1) Ability to work with minimal direction, taking high level system requirements and translating those requirements into specific solutions.
2) Interpersonal skills for interaction with IT development, support staff,
project team and customer/wholesaler areas of the company.

Required Technical Skills
4+ years experience in the following...
Microsoft .NET technologies.
MS SQL Server 2000
Visual C++
VB.Net, C#, Java
